This coming-soon website is operated by Mario Pazos under the working brand Cosie. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@cosie.ai.

Waitlist. With your consent, we collect your email, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, your agreement to receive launch and early-access updates, and the consent-notice version. Netlify stores submissions and their timestamps. We may also store a broad campaign label (such as social or directory) from the link you used. We do not ask for your real name, date of birth, sexual preferences, photos or conversations. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

We use these details to maintain the waitlist, send the updates you requested, record consent and measure interest in the launch. Joining is optional and is not an account or a purchase. Withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@cosie.ai. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. We will remove inactive waitlist entries after 12 months unless you renew consent, and remove you from marketing when you opt out. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect that choice.

Hosting and measurement. Netlify hosts this site, processes form submissions, filters spam and provides server-side Web Analytics. It processes request information, including IP addresses, requested pages and referral information, to operate and secure the service and report traffic. Our own page code uses no advertising pixels, session recordings, analytics cookies or local storage. This does not mean visits are anonymous or that no personal data is processed. We use aggregate traffic reports to understand reach and improve the website.

Support and providers. Google Workspace processes support emails, including your email address, message and any attachments. We use support messages to answer requests and ordinarily delete resolved correspondence after 12 months, except where needed for an outstanding dispute or legal obligation. Netlify and Google may process information outside your country, including in the United States, under their applicable service and data-processing terms. We do not sell waitlist information or share it with advertisers.

For visitors where applicable, consent is the basis for waitlist marketing; legitimate interests in running, securing and improving this site are the basis for necessary hosting, traffic reporting and support. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. We do not knowingly accept waitlist entries from anyone under 18.

This notice covers the teaser and waitlist only. Before the companion app opens, we will publish the policies and checks appropriate to its features and available markets.
